Sept. 7 Update

Cameron started school this past Tuesday. Dropping her off at school didn't go too well (as you would expect), but after that she was fine. She enjoys it and has made a couple of friends. It is really good for her as she was getting bored at home and getting into trouble.

Calvin comes through with 2007 Suzuki V-Strom 650. Calvin and Bethany came over on Labor Day and I gave Calvin riding lesson one (which includes the what not to do below:)

Note to self: don't fool around on wet grass. Bike is fine due to crash bars, but my ribs were sore for a week.

Our New Kitty

1999 Triumph Tiger 900. Getting 42 mpg and driving it every day- rain or shine. Its pretty cool being able to work a full day, play in the mountains for a couple of hours, and still be home for dinner on time. Looking forward to getting some action shots, but need a second guy (ahem-waiting on Calvin)

NW Washington Fair

Last week was the fair. It is the biggest event of the year in Lynden and is a lot of fun especially for the kids.

Mt. Baker Trip

Well I had been in WA for over 2 months and hadn't made it into the moutains yet! I got out of work at 1 on Monday so we headed up and had a picnic supper. The weather here has been fantastic- 3 days of rain in last 2 months. Lawn looks like crap, but I'll take it.
